Amazing! The space was incredible - gorgeous and spotless. Dana thinks of EVERYTHING you might need to make your stay really special. The linens were so luxurious and the house is just oh so comfortable. We felt instantly at home (but even better because it’s cleaner than our home and has treats waiting for us!). There is sooo much to do at SWM. Dana and David were so incredibly kind as to let my son help with farm activities and even gave us a hayride around the area! There is so much to do at SWM you could stay busy the whole time just doing the incredible amenities on the property alone. Breakfast is sooo delicious and special. We loved waking up and seeing what was waiting for us. I really can’t think of a single thing that could’ve made our stay better and we look forward to coming back.

Dana was amazing. The place was exactly as described. We came for a last minute getaway weekend to reconnect with each other since life can get so busy and it’s exactly what we got. The stay was so peaceful and we were so excited to meet the animals and play with them. The fresh eggs were such a great touch. The breakfast treats were probably the best I’ve ever had. I’m obsessed with the peach vanilla jam. Dana and her husband were so hospitable. My children loved it so much. This was a perfect weekend. Can’t wait to book again.

This was our third visit to Sugar Water Manor and we stayed in the farmhouse this time. It was once again an amazing stay! Dana is the best, most responsive owner and the kids enjoyed feeding the animals and touring the barn, swimming in the beautiful pool, and making s’mores at the fire pit. We also kayaked and enjoyed the screened in porch. And the amazing breakfasts from Dana are absolutely delicious. This is one of the nicest, most relaxing, pleasant places I have ever visited and we will be back as many times as possible. We feel so lucky that we found it! Thank you Dana for another wonderful visit!

Our family absolutely loved the stay! Dana is the sweetest and she is amazing with kids, my boys have been talking about Dana non stop. David was also very helpful and thoughtful. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and have thought of everything; s’more kits, grill kits, snacks, coffee/tea. Every morning a tray of delicious fresh baked goods and fruit was placed on the outdoor dining table. Plus, the fresh farm eggs are so good! The house is spotless and has everything you need. The beds are so comfortable, and there is ample space to relax. It’s a great place to unplug and connect with family/friends. We will surely be back.

We had the most amazing stay at Dana’s! It’s a brilliantly beautiful location where you get to take part in so many activities including farm chores/meeting animals, picking fresh produce, paddle board/kayaking in the river, swimming in a luxurious pool, and having a beautiful campfire with water/sunset views. Dana was more than accommodating and made us feel like her close friends upon arrival. The breakfast treat each day was so delicious, and I’m already missing the farm fresh chicken and duck eggs. One night we picked up a delicious local crab/shrimp/oysters meal from Linton’s and watched the sunset from the screened in porch—a real treat for us city kids coming in from DC/NYC. Everything was made so convenient and available/easy to use right on the premises. We all can’t wait to come back :)
