Betty took care of everything despite a last minute booking. Her staff were equally responsive and checked in regularly to make sure we are doing great as also provided local recommendation’s for the holiday weekend

The house is wonderful! It ended up being larger than we anticipated! The bedrooms were spacious, clean and each bedroom had its own bathroom which is great for privacy. Betty provided AMPLE towels and linens and pillows and truly made the place feel like home! There are only 2 restaurants on the island and they have very limited hours so be sure to plan on cooking/ bringing groceries to the island.

The Island Times exceeded our expectations. The house set up was great for multiple families vacationing together. The house was well stocked with everything you could need (except a toaster), and the hostess called to check in on us frequently to ensure we had what we needed.. The neighbors were helpful and also treated us as their guests. You couldn’t have asked for better hospitality. We will definitely come back!

We all enjoyed our stay at Smith Island at Betty's house! It is a beautiful home with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. We enjoyed fishing, crabbing, kayaking, and biking to town. We brought our parents along and Betty was able to set up a week long golf cart rental that was key for them. The local people surrounding us were extremely friendly and generous. Betty and crew took good care of us!
