Matt and Gerry’s home is simply gorgeous- the pictures don’t do it justice! This place has beautiful views, a wonderful layout, all the amenities one could ask for, and is in a quiet and peaceful area. My guests and I really enjoyed every moment of our time there.

Our family spring break getaway at the Beach club was amazing!!! Matt was an incredible host and the property exceeded our expectations.

We absolutely loved the house! I can say we could have easily added a family or two and would have still had plenty of room. That being said, we had so much to do for our family of 4 and didn’t need to leave the property to enjoy activities. Movie night in the theater room (reclining theater seats, bev fridge for drinks, and microwave for popcorn). Game night in the clubhouse (ping pong, shuffleboard and foosball) with a bar and bev fridge and tv to watch sports). The card table room in the house was great for boardgames, and the pool table got lots of use. For those who like to cook, the kitchen was well stocked and outdoor grill worked great for steak night. Speaking of cooking, we decided to treat ourselves to Chef Erica’s services for an in house dinner w/ private chef. It was definitely worth it! Erica is an exquisite chef. We’ve been out to a lot of nice restaurants all over the country and her meal stands out with the best of them. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful property with a lot of lovely amenities. The many different spaces and additional buildings, including a sauna, a bar/game room and a movie theater and gym truly does give it a "resort" feel. The interior design is unique and thoughtfully decorated, and the views are lovely. It was perfect for our group of 9; we felt connected but not crowded. Checkout was also extremely simple and stress-free; the hosts asked very little of us at checkout, which made our departure easy and relaxing.

Matt and Gerry’s place is unique, beautiful, has everything you possibly need and more. My family, parents, and my sisters family all stayed here for my moms 70th and w loved this house. The kids loved the theatre, we played pool, shuffle board, ping pong, cooked a ton, enjoyed the private dock and gazebo. It was perfect. Would love to come back and enjoy this place in the warm weather. Amazing!
