Tim’s house is lovely. We were a last minute reservation, the house was perfect. I appreciate all that Tim did to accommodate us. My son, his wife and 4 children came in from Germany, and my daughter, her husband and 2 children came in from California for my nieces wedding. I had originally rented a house through VRBO when we arrived the entire house was covered with bugs. We could not stay there, it was a health risk. We walked in the house and immediately left. I am so thankful Tim was able to accommodate us for a last minute rental. This was a very special time for me having my children and grandchildren together in the same state. Tim saved the day by renting to us. I highly recommend this house and I would certainly stay there again.

We had a peaceful weekend at the beach house. Enjoyed the sand and surf, the views from the second floor, the kayaks and well stocked kitchen. Tim was super responsive and provided great ideas for things to do in the area. We spent afternoons at the Point lookout lighthouse and St Mary’s City historic recreation area. Great place to spend quality time with the family.

Three Mom’s and swimmers shared this beautiful oasis and breathtaking sunrises in our early mornings! Then we were able to come back, explore the surroundings or just chill out and spread out from one another. What a wonderful slice of heaven!!!

This place is very nice, easy access. Don't think you could get a place that over looks the water better. Amazing views in rural southern MD. We only got lucky that we drove separate, need to bring Ice. No machine and one tray. Enjoyed our staycation by streaming a couple of movies a on the large upstairs TV and driving about 15 minutes to Point Look Out state park for the sunset.
