clean, very well equiped and well decorated. Exactly as advertised. One thing I really appreciated is that it is right next to a walking/bike path that goes for a number of miles in either direction along the Animas River. It also connects with various parks and trails. Great place to take the dog on long walks.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Durango! It's a perfect spot right in town & walkable to all of the main shops and restaurants. Being right across the street from the Animas River Trail was a luxury & the backyard was perfect for my pup. I don't have enough good things to say about this place & the hosts. 1000/10 recommend this spot for the next time you are in Durango.

We enjoyed our stay here! Perfect for the two of us plus our toddler and dog. Super close to the river, the train, and restaurants. Amber was super helpful and responsive. Lots of little things around the place made our stay very comfortable. Would stay again!

The most amazing thing about this apartment is its proximity to the Animas River Trail. We used it every day, even in winter. The unit is cozy, with a very comfortable bed and a great, well-stocked kitchen. Space is really maximized and is great for a solo traveler or a couple (we stayed there with our dog). Amber is really responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Just a note, quiet hours are taken very seriously. The walls are thin and you can definitely hear the upstairs neighbors through the ceiling (and vice versa). So this would be a great place for a traveling professional or a couple that keeps daylight hours.
