Note: Some utilities/systems are accessed through the apartment: the furnace in the kitchen, and electrical panel and water valve in the living room. Generally we won't need access to these during your stay, but in the event of an emergency/outage of any of these, we will let you know before we enter (if you're out and about, we'll text you). Both the kitchen and the foyer have adjoining doors to our garage, but these will be closed/locked and we'll use other entrances to that space.
