Beautiful cosy cottage in gorgeous peaceful and rural location. Perfect for r&r.

Really nice cottage with some good trails around including The Roaches but note that of the more popular trails in the Peak District are a little further away (about 45 min drive) in Bakewell and Castleton. Kitchen was very well equipped and there was also a barbecue which let us cook some nice meals. Strong, hot shower and a comfy bed. Annabelle was also very responsive during our stay.

Despite being in a super remote location, the directions provided by the hosts were absolutely superb. We arrived to an amazingly cosy and quiet cabin with beautiful views, and a really powerful shower! Furnishings were comfortable, the nature and animals were lovely, and the location allowed us to watch the stars. Despite our holiday not going to plan, the location was a pleasure to retreat back to and the hosts aided us amazingly on our adventure.
