Our visit to a great ski town - Steamboat Springs - was made even better by staying at Nicole's. We were staying with our son, his wife, and their dog so needed a dog-friendly place, ideally in town to be close to restaurants. Nicole's beautiful home fit the bill - it was perfect in fact - and made even better by her responsivlness and a nice gift of wine that was waiting for us. Directions and communication on how to get in was flawless, and the home was idea for the four of us and Bubba - the dog. We were easily able to get to Steamboat for some great spring skiing, and the house was a short walk from a plethora of great dining options. She was responsive to questions, and all at the house was as presented. It is quait as it is a 1912 home, but has been updated so it keeps that charm while also being very comfortable. We'll be back!

Went to Steamboat skiing for the week and enjoyed the town amenities. I parked my truck and it never moved all week, using a phone app RouteShout, we utilized the town bus constantly. Great location and a very nice place to stay, the house had everything we needed.

This house was perfect for our extended stay in Steamboat. It was very comfortable and homey for us, our friends, and our children. Everything downtown was conveniently walkable, and the ski hill was easily accessible with the public shuttle a block away. We loved having Old Town Hot Springs next door as well. The owners were very responsive and helpful. They even kept our walkways shoveled with the extensive snowfall we experienced. We would love to stay here again next time we're in Steamboat!
