This was the perfect location for us to unwind from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It was peaceful and quite. Having an ocean view and a pool was an added bonus. Sonia, does an amazing job cleaning the units and would always check in when she was there to make sure our stay was pleasant. Jonathan was always there if needed and was quick to respond. Thank you for everything Robert, we would definitely come back and stay at your unit. We felt comfortable and right at home.

We had a great stay at these apartments. The location is quiet and very picturesque and the apartments themselves are as stated in the listing. Use of the pool and Spa is included. The location of the apartments are very close to Oistins and the Miami beach, with a surfers cafe nearby, all within walking distance. They're also a good location to explore the East or West sides of the Island from. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay. A special thank you as well to Jonathan who was really helpful throughout our stay.

After years of traveling to Barbados and staying in quite a few Airbnbs I can say this was my most unpleasant. I asked Robert to book 1 of the 2 bedrooms as I was a solo traveler and he agreed. His communication and customer service at that time were quick and great. I arrived late due to delays but Robert and his property manager Johnathan coordinated to check me in which was smooth. Johnathan was helpful and polite. The apartment is located towards the back of the property, garden level by the hot tub and pool. You can see the ocean from the patio. The entrance requires you to walk to the side of the property which can be a bit slippery when it rains. Also there is some foliage to the side which has lizards and other pests so if you’re like me and scared of them don’t book this place. The apartment itself is small, appeared clean although the area around my bathroom faucet handles was dirty. You can hear the waves from the living room. Needs to be updated in terms of the sink fixtures as you could tell the limestone in the water affected them. Could overall use some small updates otherwise at first glance it’s okay but not worth the coins per night. While doing the walkthrough I noticed a musty odor. I didn’t think much of it at first but as time went on, it started to become a bother especially if the air was off. First night, I found a small roach when I went to take my shower which freaked me out. I had to have a friend come and get rid of it for me. It was really late so being dumb and considerate of the time, I contacted Robert in the morning to make him aware of the odor and the roach (still in my first 24 hours). I didn’t feel comfortable staying as I didn’t want to pick up any other roaches and bring home with me. Robert didn’t answer but his property manager called shortly after I sent the message to inquire what the issue was. I made him aware and expressed my discomfort and desire to leave. An apology was given but no resolution to even convince me to stay. He told me he found it strange as no one has ever complained before about roaches. He also explained the odor was due to drain/ sewer issue which worsens when the sea swells and was a govt issue. I decided to try to find somewhere else but my phone stopped working which put me on pause. Robert responded hours after to state his management team assured him the place is cleaned and inspected thoroughly between guests and he was notified I decided to stay and enjoy my holiday. Again no resolution was offered to make me comfortable or rectify the issue. Once I got my phone working and secured another place, I notified Robert why I was delayed with leaving and that I would be leaving. I returned the keys and requested a refund for the remainder 2 nights not spent. While leaving I discovered mold on the back of the front door curtains which is what was probably causing the musty odor. Robert apologized and let me know he had to turn down other bookings and if he could book the home for those days he could discuss a refund then. I explained the level of discomfort I felt while there and how in all fairness we both lost. I had to inconvenience myself to move and pay for another place. I spent 2 uncomfortable days in the apartment and all I wanted was my money back for the nights not spent. I thought trying to work it out without involving Airbnb was me trying to be fair and nice. My mistake. I now know better. Word of advice to renters, always take pictures, document, reach out to the owners and Airbnb as soon as there is any issue. Do not try to be considerate. If you’re uncomfortable in any way either try to find a resolution that works or leave but always get Airbnb involved. You’re on vacation and you shouldn’t have to stay somewhere that’s worse or makes you uncomfortable than your own home. Advice to Robert: I will be fair and say you have good customer service skills to a point. If a renter is telling you they are uncomfortable and want to leave in less than 24 hours try to work with them to see what can be done instead of assuring them your property is clean, odor and pest free. Their experience is their’s not yours and should never be discredited.

We had the time of our life! The pool is amazing and we spent a lot of time there with our 2 and 4 year old kids. The pool and garden were in excellent condition as they were regularly maintained. We stayed in Rosalie for 2 months and believe that there is no better location on the island. Very close to Freights bay in the west, where you have the perfect conditions to learn surfing while spotting lots of turtles. In the East you have Silver Sands/ Long Beach which are the best kitesurf/ windsurf locations on the island. In our opinion shark hole and bottom bay are the most unique beaches and they are only a 30Min car ride away. If you just want some sand for the kids it’s only a 5 Minute walk to reach 2 different nice beaches (not so good for swimming). We were lucky as Robert gave us a free upgrade to stay in Rosalie 6. This made our stay feel surreal! The stunning view from the balcony left us speechless even after 2 months. The Spacious and super well equipped kitchen with the gigantic kitchen island made it fun for the entire family to prepare the food together. Jonathan and Sonia took excellent care of us and were very quick to answer any questions or solve any small problem. We will cherish this stay for the rest of our life’s!!!
