Relax with the whole family at this peaceful property. Recently modernised lovely 3 bedroom ground floor apartment is fully air conditioned in all bedrooms and lounge. With private outdoor dining area and gas BBQ at rear of property. Large gardens available for guests to relax in or simply walk to 2 local beaches 100 metres away. Property has private driveway for 2 or 3 cars and is set in a quiet neighbourhood only 10 minutes walk from Oistins or 5 minutes drive to surf at Freights Bay. 2 minutes walk to transport routes if not hiring a car. Quiet residential neighbourhood yet 10 minutes walk from famous Oistins Fish Fry.

Guy is probably the most responsive AirBnB host I’ve ever encountered. He was so proactive in giving us instructions and helping us settle in. His home was amazing and is walking distances to Oistins Fish Fry and Welches beach. You can take the ZR to beaches and local restaurants on the strip. The bedrooms were spacious and very clean! My family and I loved the space and would return again.
Guy and Tracey were perfect hosts. We arrived on a bank holiday and they had thoughtfully supplied us with milk and eggs for breakfast- hanging our beach towels up to dry and discreetly looking after us. The location is perfect - close to the beach and in beautiful gardens. It is modern but cosy and felt like a home from home. Highly recommend for every aspect of a perfect holiday.
Although this place looks great in the listing, it’s even better than the listing portrays. It’s a spacious clean and newly refurbished ground floor apartment with everything you could need. The air conditioning was efficient and silent and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts organised the taxi to pick us up from the airport which was a nice touch. It had a lovely patio area at the back to eat breakfast and it was away from the main road and was therefore very quiet, yet really close to the beach and just a few minutes walk to the famous fish market. A well-stocked nearby supermarket was a bonus. The owners who are sometimes living upstairs were really friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay as was their host Carol and I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We would definitely be happy to stay there again.
Absolutely fabulous host! Accommodated getting in a little late on first day for check in. Helped me with recommendations on local restaurants. I liked being 3 minutes from the beach but in a quiet neighbourhood. A big plus for me and the family. I would highly recommend this place. Book way in advance, it's a popular place. The location was fantastic. Super close to the fish market and other locations we traveled to see. It is also a close walk to the beach which was great and convenient. Guy and his team were great communicators and made sure everything was ready for our stay. We would highly recommend staying here!

car hire can easily be arranged or public transport is easy and cost effective. Private taxis are more expensive.
