Spacious villa with everything you need.
Beautiful, very clean and spacious home that was well equipped with everything you need. Air-con was much appreciated in the heat. We spent a week here and enjoyed being in a local community and away from the resorts. The house is a 20 minute walk to shops/beach however as we had a baby with us, we mostly used taxis. Lovely, friendly safe neighbourhood and wherever we walked we were greeted warmly. Communication was excellent from Chloe and Demar, and we were even able to stay a little longer on our last day as we had a late flight. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return again!
We had a great time . The place was beautiful and the neighbourhood was quiet but with easy access was to the beach and to oistins. I would definitely stay here again.
Me and my family had an incredible time at Chloes home. The home was clean, bright, modern and has very spacious rooms. This place is great for families and children and would be great for a group of friends. We really enjoyed how homely the place was, this felt like a home away from home where you can relax in a private area before going out and seeing Barbados. The neighbours were so friendly and my nieces loved running around the patio and garden chasing after the chickens in the morning. It felt very safe. Chloe provided so much useful information on what to do and how to get around, this place is great walking distance from the local beaches and shops and getting a bus or taxi into town is really easy from the house and explained in the welcome pack. The home has fans and air-conditioning in all the rooms, it is well equipped to stay cool, I loved having the outdoor breeze in the mornings. Chloe and Demar were always responsive and helpful. I loved it here and will be back!
Beautiful and homely house in a quiet location. Easy access to local bus and beaches. The shortcut to the beach involves steps but it gave us some much needed exercise! Demar was on the ball the whole time and very helpful. Pickup Barbados taxi app very useful, similar to uber. Would definitely go back.

Hi, I am based in the UK but regularly spend my time on the beautiful island of Barbados. Barbados and especially our home is very special to me, having belonged to my grandfather. I have countless memories over many years running around the yard, relaxing on the veranda with a book, visiting the beautiful nearby beaches and eating delicious fresh seafood in Oistins. I am delighted to share our family home with you and hope you also make great memories during your stay, and fall in love with Barbados just as much as I have.
