Whilst we're in a secluded location our 4 beautiful holiday cottages are just a 5 minute stroll from a dog friendly pub. We welcome children and up to 2 dogs. No. 1 Brick Kiln Barns is one of a small collection of converted barns comprising Brick Kiln Barns, Dilham. Enter into the open plan living space with beamed vaulted ceilings, skylights, and a huge picture window overlooking the garden with countryside and sunset views. The kitchen area provides everything needed for those wishing to dine in with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and dining table and chairs. The lounge area has comfortable 2 seater leather sofas and a Smart TV for relaxing after a day exploring or for planning tomorrow's adventures. Proceeding into the hallway, the barn has two bedrooms, again with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. The master has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom has a Zip & Link bed giving the option of a second kingsize or twin beds. A second bathroom accessed from the hallway with large shower, basin with vanity unit, WC and heated towel rail completes the accommodation which is given a cosy feel in winter by underfloor heating throughout. The hallway provides direct access to the fully enclosed garden with patio, lawn and 4 person hot tub with countryside and sunset views, idea for al fresco dining and for children and pets to have a runaround. The garden provides access to an additional half acre grassed area available to all Brick Kiln Barns residents. No. 1 has 2 dedicated parking spaces. Parking for an additional car may be available by prior arrangement direct with the owner.
