12 of us stayed in total. Beautifully converted barn which suited our needs brilliantly. Very clean, modern, light and airy. A lot of thought gone into the design and kitting out of the venue. Really nice touch having a home made cake and fizz there on arrival too ! Thank you Alice, we had a lovely stay.

My friends and I had a lovely stay in the North Barn. It's huge and very modern so we had plenty of space for the six of us and one doggie friend to play board games all weekend in peace. We would definitely consider a return visit! Everything was extremely clean and tidy and the home made welcome cake was delicious! Thank you very much 😊

This place is stunning! We came as a family with 2 young kids (7 and 5), my parents and inlaws. The place is spotless and stylishly furnished. The pool table provided lots of entertainment for the grown ups. Lots of toys and games for the kids. Very well stocked kitchen with all the essentials for cooking as well as plenty of loo roll, washing up liquid and other cleaning essentials. The views across farmland were gorgeous and we often saw the sheep and pheasant. We had a lovely meal at the Ship Inn down the road. As others have mentioned it's on fast road so we didn't risk walking with young children. Location fab for the broads and seaside, never far from anywhere. If I were being super picky, there were 3 bedrooms upstairs sharing 1 bathroom...a shower in that bathroom would have been handy. The cake, prosecco and milk made a lovely welcome and the Halloween decs and sweets were a lovely touch for the children. Would highly recommend this place!

North Barn was perfect for our family get together. The accommodation was actually larger than expected from the photos! Everything we needed was there, plus a delicious Victoria sponge and Prosecco waiting for us on arrival. Lovely farmland view and private dog friendly area of garden great. If only the weather had been a bit kinder! Easy drive to restaurants, walks and a beautiful sandy beach. Plenty of things to do in and around the area. Alice was a great host, excellent communication throughout. Would definitely recommend.
