This unit has a lovely balcony which will walk you straight into the pool as the apartment is located on the ground floor just besides the pool. • The property is under CCTV Surveillance and has a security guard service as well. • The complex has a common swimming pool and the timings to use the pool are between 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Please note a proper swim wear is a must, no cotton clothes are allowed. • There is 24 hours water supply and Free Wi-Fi in the entire property. • There is a Genset for power cuts which are not uncommon in Goa. • There is a free parking space for 1 vehicle inside the premises. • The unit is fully air conditioned and fully furnished and has a living area, dining area, kitchen and balconies. • The kitchen is equipped with a Refrigerator, Microwave, Electric Kettle, Toaster, Induction, Cooking utensils such as tawa, kadai, sauce pan etc and a proper set of cutlery and crockery in case you feel like cooking up a small meal, only daily consumables will have to be bought by the guest. • There is a SMART TV, Washing Machine, an Iron and Ironing board can be provided on request. • Breakfast and other meals are not provided, although we provide you with an equipped kitchen wherein only daily consumables will have to be bought by the guest. If not then food can be ordered from the nearby places or else there are tons of eateries and places to party within a 5 minutes’ walk from the property. • Complimentary soap, shampoo are provided on arrival only. • We have a Property Manager on site that is available between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and available on call 24/7.
