Secure self-contained annex in easy walking distance of historic Kings Lynn. Really enjoyed my long weekend at Julie’s place. I’d not visited Kings Lynn before and Julie was really helpful with lots of great recommendations for things to do. Check in was swift and easy and the annex had everything I needed for my stay. The space is very well laid out with all rooms generously proportioned. The place was spotless and the bed super comfy. Despite being away herself at the time of my visit, Julie was always super responsive to messages and happy to help. On site parking was a huge bonus as it was just a 20 min stroll into the centre of Kings Lynn and all it has to offer. With two supermarkets just up the road it was easy to pick up supplies. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Lovely little place to spend the night. Julie was always responsive and helped. Extended the checkout for us as well. Would return.

Spotlessly clean and very well stocked but badly overpriced for location and wifi extremely poor.

Lovely little annexe in a private locked courtyard. Good sized bedroom and bathroom and the lounge/kitchen is plenty big enough. Julie was very helpful with local recommendations and always responded promptly to any questions. Would definitely stay here again

Julie was a fabulous host. We had everything we needed and within a 10 minute walk of the centre of Kings Lynn but very quiet and peaceful. Lovely to sit in the outside space provided. Clean and comfortable. Thanks 😁
