Discover the gorgeous landscape that surrounds this place. Our Barn conversion is cosy and light, backing onto Fields. This place is on 1.3 acres plot with plenty of lawn, trees and fenced off! It has a private patio at the back, backing onto fields, seating area and a Jacuzzi for a romantic stay(which must be booked in advance & is of an extra charge of £50 for two nights which can be paid for on arrival) ! Our Scandinavian BBQ Hut seats up t 8 guests where they can enjoy grill their food. Our Barn conversion is light and minimalistic. It has a wet room ( shower, toilet sink and accessories. The main bedroom has a double bed and a side table each side and an entrance to the patio and jacuzzi area facing the open fields (farmland only) Kitchenette has a toaster, table top hob, microwave oven, kettle and a sandwich toaster. Utensils, cutlery and crockery too. Second bedroom has a single bed with another pull out bed underneath. It has a storage and clothes rail. Towels are provided. BBQ can be provided. Come spring and summer the sun is usually at the front in the evenings and out the back in the mornings. We do hire out sun loungers and fire pits. The BBQ hut has been used for private couple evenings but also family meals. We provide utensils and any dishes or trays you may need for your food ( Coal and firelighters can be purchased from us or brought by yourselves. Had the most amazing stay for my birthday. Edith was an absolutely amazing host. The place was so beautiful and clean. We had a great time with the hot tub and the BBQ Hut! Definitely would go back!!! Also the dogs there were so friendly and we had a great time giving them a lot of fuss!

Edith was a lovely host and went above and beyond for me. She was very easy to message and replied very quickly which was very helpful, there was a few thing which let the property down. There should have been a bigger bin and also more mirrors one other thing I’d suggest would be up the price of the room rather than charging extra for the use of the hot tub. Other than that couldn’t have asked for better thank you enjoyed our stay
Edith was a fantastic host, very flexible with check in (we were v late due to traffic) allowing us to grab a much needed meal before checking in. Despite being late, Edith took the time to show us around the accommodation explaining where things are and how they work. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and homely. We used it as a base as we wanted to explore the county and it was lovely to come back to relax in the jacuzzi, have a hot powerful shower and have a great nights sleep. We decided to take advantage of the BBQ hut. Thankfully Edith came to the rescue with a supply of charcoal and her husband Carl was kind enough to get the coals going for us, leaving us to cook and enjoy the ambience, it really is a lovely feature. The location is fantastic with easy access to the A10, and the sights of North Norfolk. Huge thanks to Carl for helping source a new tyre after colliding with a pothole, much appreciated. We look forward to returning in the not too distant future :)

Our Place is pretty much surrounded by fields, only distant neighbours and by a main road!
But The barn conversion is located at the bottom of the garden and therefor not as noisy! Traffic noise can mainly be heard in daytime! Our Garden is fenced off and has an electric gate with a code for entry! Check in details can be discussed after booking!
If you come by car then shops are 10 min drive but there is a lovely Restaurant/Bar only up the road (4 min drive)
Taxi's can be organised and there is a bus stop by our drive way !
