This brand new, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom luxury condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a queen bed, a twin bed and a full-sized sleeper sofa. It is in a brand new complex and features a balcony with beautiful mountain views in the distance. You're minutes from multiple ski resorts or you can walk to nearby restaurants, Dillon Marina or take advantage of the bike paths. The Summit Stage has multiple stops nearby. This free bus service also runs to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain so you can hit the slopes. The living area offers a gas fireplace, a smart TV with Roku device for additional streaming options, and comfortable seating. Just off the living area is the private balcony featuring incredible mountain views in the distance and a new gas grill. The sofa pulls out into a full-sized bed for additional sleeping arrangements. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The breakfast bar seats three. The spacious master suite is just off the living area and features a king-sized bed, twin-sized bed, and a smart TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. A fantastic place to stay with everything we needed

I would not recommend booking with Summit County Mountain Retreat company. The airbnb itself was very nice and in a great location. However, the experience of check in and communication was enough for me to skip out on them next time. We stayed at one of their other properties the night before and our toilet flooded and we had to turn off the water so none of us could shower. We requested an early check in at this second property and were told "we were 2nd on the cleaning list for 10am check outs and should have no problem getting an early check in". Since they cannot confirm early check in until day of, we called around 10 just to check on timing (we checked out of the other place around 8:30 because the floor was soaking wet and maintenance was starting their work). They told us it is not ready yet and they would be in touch. After not hearing back, we called again around 12:30 and were advised there is no update and they will call us. We got a text at 3:30 (30 minutes before actual check in) advising the room is ready but we needed to go pick up the keys in there office (about 20 minutes from where we were having lunch and just hanging, waiting for check in to be ready). We arrive at their office and an employee first tells me they "didn't send me that text" and then once she realized it did come from them she said "a new employee sent it and it was not accurate and that our keys were actually in the airbnb and we didn't need to come to the office". We took the 15 minute drive back toward town to check in ourselves, now after 4pm. When we arrive 1) the parking pass was not in the location that was stated in the check in instructions 2) the parking instructions were extremely vague telling us we had two spots and could use the garage or the outdoor lot but we needed to display a pass in the cars and they only provided a single pass 3) the check out instructions tell us to "take out the garbage into the appropriate receptacle" which did not give any information on detail and we were unable to located even after about 20 minutes of searching the property and asking another guest. Save yourself the headache.
