Then finish your evening with some live music around the piano (otherwise substituted with the built-in SONOS system), or enjoy a more mellow evening watching a movie on the big screen. This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home has everything you need including an electric vehicle charging station in the heated 3 car garage. Guests of Summit Sky Ranch Rentals have access to a variety of Summit Sky Ranch amenities including the private hiking trails, private fishing waters, the Aspen House, and our Lake House. The Aspen House amenities include: an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, a Ping-Pong table, a community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available, and an outdoor fire pit complete with roasting sticks. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, two grills, and two hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist, perfect for fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding.
