Logement conforme à la description. Pour ma part, il me fallait une proximité de la gare du Palais et pour ça il était top.

We stayed 3 nights at the loft to visit Quebec. The directions were easy to follow. When we asked our host something, he responded within 10 minutes. The loft itself was lovely. I didn’t smell the sewer or anything mentioned in other reviews. It is a 10 minute walk to old Quebec (uphill). The mattresses were a little hard for our liking, but I know some people prefer it that way. The only issue with the loft is the neighborhood. There are indeed a lot of homeless people around that sometimes bother you when you walk around. It really is a shame, because the street the loft is on has a lot of cute shops, restaurants en coffee cafés. However: we noticed that it really depends on the weather and weekday.

The stay was great, located on a nice street with lots of restaurants. We were there for 2 days and it had everything that was needed!

My husband and I had a great time in this place. It was clean and looked just like the pictures. The only issue he had was with a noisy neighbour during the night - but I know that is not the owner's fault! The location could not be better! It is close to restaurantes, cafés, public transportation, a supermarket and a library. I could not see a laundry space in the room, but I am guessing they had it available on the building, based on the amenities described. Overall, I had a good time there and I would stay again!

The stay was great and comfortable and found parking right infront of our window, walking distance to metro and old city was easy.
