Patricia was a great host. I really appreciated her responsiveness and suggestions. I booked our stay at Coco Lime based on all the positive reviews. Two things of note that I wish I had known, however. While the studio includes parking, (which was a big perk for me because I wanted to a rent a car but not worry about street parking or paying for parking in a lot close by), you should know that it’s a very small spot length wise, so you really couldn’t get away with anything bigger than a compact car. The only other issue we ran into was that the shower made a mess for us on the floor each day because there is no door. I alerted the host to this, but if I were to return, I’d ask for a couple additional back up shower mats if I was staying for any length of time. The pool at the condo complex was great. We enjoyed swimming there and relaxing on the lounge chairs. And being steps to the beach was another big plus. The proximity to so many restaurants was also great.

Patricia was a great host , very knowledgeable about the area and open to helping us with our journey exploring San Juan . 10/10 would recommend the location was perfect right on the beach & had a pool . Will definitely be back ! Thank youuu

I read a ton of the reviews on Patricia’s Coco Lime Studio prior to booking and hands down, Patricia is definitely the best host ever! Her place is beautiful, it’s exactly as pictured. What’s missing in the pictures though is the closet full of extras like tennis rackets, beach chairs, an umbrella, and even a clothes steamer, and a drawer in the bathroom full of little things you tend to forget to pack like bandaids! She is incredibly responsive and provides you with a guidebook full of amazing restaurant and coffee shop recommendations - all of the places my husband and I tried were spot on! The building itself is a bit old though and could use some work, but it does have a gym, tennis court, pool and private beach access; we took advantage of all of those features! The beach is absolutely gorgeous and perfect if you just want a chill day at the beach. We highly recommend booking Patricia’s Coco Lime Studio, you won’t regret it!

Our trip was so relaxing. It was nice that the beach was so close to us. We loved being able to all of the restaurants and were close to a grocery store to pick up items we were wanting. Patricia has everything you could need while staying here and communicating with her is easy and she responds promptly. We would definitely stay here again.
