Absolutely gorgeous two-bedroom home recently remodeled with new outdoor bar/kitchen to enjoy the weather. Perfectly located in Uvita, and an easy 7 minute walk to Playa Chaman, which is part of Uvita Beach/Ballena National Park. It is about a 7 minute walk (500 meters or about 1/4 of a mile) to the beach! There are very few available homes in Uvita that have such quality and beautiful construction, and are so close to the beach. Casita Catalina is a private home, located behind a private gate. There are no shared amenities. The pool is private. It is a comfortable and clean and modern living space. Large deck and outdoor patio. The sliding glass doors connect the outdoor space to the indoor space, providing a seamless flow. Clients will have complete privacy during their time. Depending on the length of time at the house, there will be pool service done twice per week. We will notify you of the days and approximate time at check-in. Pack n'Play or Baby Travel Bed can be rented for an additional $50 USD (plus VAT) fee and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
