Near the Ballena Marine Park, you will discover a tropical forest and a beautiful beach where the tail of the whale is located to see the sunset, and whales during the breeding season which runs from June to October.
We have a property manager on site and 27/7 surveillance camera on the perimeter of the house. Our property is located on a very safe and quiet residential street with friendly and helpful neighbors.

From San José and the Juan Santamaría International Airport, we recommend renting a car to travel and enjoy the beautiful landscapes to reach Bahia Ballena along a journey of approximately four hours using two routes: one taking route 34 or also called Costanera Sur and the other on route 2 or Interamericana Sur and at the height of San Isidro take the route that goes towards Dominical (highway 234) following the indications until you reach the Marino Ballena National Park.
From San José: You must take the Tracopa CR bus. There are multiple routes that take you to the Marino Ballena National Park area. You must make sure that the route is via Costanera and that it stops in Uvita. In Uvita you must coordinate private transportation to the sector you wish to visit.
