We truly enjoyed our stay at Josh's property in the Old Cloverdale district in Montgomery, AL. It is a historic property, and you can't help but imagine what life was like when this home was built. I have always been interested in history, which is why we chose to stay here. Another reason was the price...less than most hotels in the area. The place was well maintained, clean, and had all the amenities we needed during our stay. Our stay was super quiet, and you are within a half-mile of many great restaurants and nightclubs. We arrived later than anticipated because of traffic delays driving through Birmingham, so it was dark out, and when we turned onto the street, the property was on we could not see the house numbers. Josh quickly answered our call for assistance and guided us safely to our destination. Check-in and check-out were super easy. I highly recommend this property and its hosts.

Josh's place is as advertised. It is well furnished and close to the areas within Cloverdale that are important to us. The house is well-provisioned and the furniture is modern. We will be back.

The house is very charming and we enjoyed our stay. The patio is lovely for a morning coffee and a glass of wine in the afternoon/ evening. Walkable distance to the historic center and restaurants. Josh was quick to respond when we needed to check in a little earlier and check out a little later.
