We enjoyed our stay it was close to all the shops restaurant beach ,everything. It was very nice. We enjoyed our time.

Had an enjoyable stay at Rich and Fil's place. Exactly as described. Bonus -- there was a real office complete with a monitor, printer, keyboard. Great space for remote work. Bc I needed to be able to use two laptops, I opted use the kitchen table -- chairs were okay for sitting for an extended time. Appreciated the uniquely assigned lock entry code and the added safety of a lockable storm door and a sliding lock. Have stayed in this community before -- it feels safe but extra security never hurts.

Very comfortable condo with everything you could need - coffee, wine opener, plastic baggies, laundry supplies... Fil and Rich thought of everything that you might need.

Our four day visit during the off season was very enjoyable, it was very quiet there. They were very quick to answer our questions that we had. They had a lot of amenities there in the condo. It was clean and spacious. It is centrally located in the area so it is close to a lot of things to do.

We enjoyed this condo for a few days this week. Owners Rich and Fil make sure everything goes well, are quick to respond to communication and have a well maintained place. While we would have liked some sunshine and less rain we rested and relaxed in the comfort of this beautiful space. We would return if and when planning for another Rehoboth Beach getaway!
