Great place! One of the best airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Everything listed is accurate and the pictures match. Super dog friendly as well, I brought two small sized dogs and they loved the backyard! You just have to watch out for the front door because it leads to the big road. The house was also super clean and had all the amenities. We also got to start a fire in the back and played cornhole. Super great and would love to come back.

House was exceptional, bedrooms and bathrooms kept to hotel standards. Lots of board games for guests, comfy couches, spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, TVs in living space and bedrooms, and most importantly a clean and tidy fully fenced yard for my two dogs. House is on a main road but is very quiet at night. Short drive to shops and restaurants. Location felt safe and private. The owners have definitely put a lot of effort into making the house welcoming and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was exactly as it was described and very clean. The backyard was great for the kids. We did not bring a dog with us but would have been perfect to bring ours along! I highly recommend staying here :)

I cannot recommend Liz and the Modern Ranch rental enough!! Beautiful, clean home with tons of amenities and fully fenced yard. Liz was extremely responsive to all of our questions. The home is located a few minute drive from outlets, restaurants, beaches etc, but is in a quiet area which is awesome to come back to after a busy day. Price was amazing for this time of year (mid-August). We visit Lewes every summer and I think we've found our spot!!
