We've come back to this very special place and plan to make it a regular trip for our family. Beautiful home and in amazing location. So close to a quiet, natural beach for our kids to enjoy, and the house is just right for a relaxing home away from home! Thank you for this wonderful spot!!

The main living area was very open with water views. The pictures don’t do it justice. Very well equipped kitchen. Plenty of clean linens and towels. The back deck is amazing for sunrises and cooling shade with breezes in the evening. Great spot for my sister’s 70th birthday. You will need to climb stairs to the house and to the beach. Thanks, Natalie, for a great stay.

Natalie and Brett graciously hosted us in their immaculately clean and exceptionally comfortable beach house that was not only well-stocked but also ideally located as we wanted to escape the hustle of a city. Although the weather was not ideal during our visit in mid-April, the house afforded us views of the bay and sounds of the waves that reminded us we were indeed on holiday even when we couldn’t enjoy the beach. From the wall of living room windows, we were entertained by birds, rabbits, and many pods of dolphins. We could also take easy trips into to Lewes and Rehoboth. Natalie communicated regularly and made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend this rental!

very nice house, beautiful quiet beach. lovely to sit on the porch listening to the waves. its a very pet-friendly set up! short drive to the little town center of milton, with a grocery and a few places to eat; many other restaurants/things a little further away.
