Beautiful house in a great location. Would have been nice to have some paper towels and some extra toilet paper on hand but otherwise it was very well appointed. Lots of great restaurants in easy walking distance. Our favorite was Lewes Oyster House!

This historic property is stunning! You could not ask for a better location and the house is spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. Spent new years there with friends and our teen/adult kids- it was just what we needed. Would stay again- it’s a real gem. 💎

This house was a delight! It's just a few blocks off the main street of historic downtown Lewes, so you have everything you need within walking distance - and yet it's also a quiet street with tons of historic character. The house is actually even nicer than in the pictures, with plenty of space for our family (of 7) to gather together for a long holiday weekend, whether we wanted to all celebrate together or find a spot alone to read. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms all newly appointed and clean. Would totally recommend this house, it's a beauty!

The house is beautiful and couldn't be better for a home-base to explore Lewes. We got there at night in a rain-storm so it was a little tricky finding the garage parking and navigating the back-yard to turn on some lights, but once we were in it was very cozy. It's frankly a lot easier if you can find street parking nearby. The kids took the entire third floor with the adults on the second floor and the first floor was the main area. Everyone had a ton of space and could find a quiet area if they needed to recharge, and there was still lots of space for board games and activities in the family room. The dining room is amazing with a huge table where everyone could get together at the end of the day. Reed and Thomas were very responsive. For an older house it has a lot of terrific modern amenities. We highly recommend it and plan to go back again.

Our family of 6 adults and 4 small children had a great time and really enjoyed the house. The historic nature of the house gives it a really cool vibe, and the beautiful addition and updates make it super comfortable. The large family room was a great place for us to all be together. And the location! An easy walk to shops, restaurants, parks and playground. Just perfect. It was a wonderful family vacation and staying at Reed's house was a big part of making great memories.
