I stayed here for a long weekend with friends to celebrate my 40th birthday. The house had everything we needed, was big enough for a large group and was close enough to downtown that we could easily shop, walk or eat out. Janice was super responsive and accommodating when we needed it. She let us check in early and check out late (off season perks!). The kitchen is well equipped and had it been summer we absolutely would have taken advantage of the garage game room and water toys. Thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing weekend of cooking and hanging out and we’re already planning a summer visit.

We loved out stay at this spacious, nicely appointed home in a fantastic location steps from the beach at the quiet enter end of Lewes. The kitchen had everything we needed and more for cooking holiday meals, deer wandered nearby us as we soaked in the hot tub, bikes were available for local rides, and we could have our pets with us for the holidays. Thank you, Janice! We loved your getaway home.

My friends loved both the location and the home. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and since we cooked most meals at the house, it was super helpful! Not only did they have great amenities like a "game room/man cave" in the garage, and a huge hot tub, it was a very quick walk to the beach. Janice was super accommodating for my early arrival as well as giving us extra time to check out. We are planning to come back again next year, same time, same place! Since I picked both the location and the house, I was hopeful my friends would love it as much as I did. They absolutely did! Lewes is a charming little quiet town with beautiful scenery and great restaurants that we did take advantage of a few times. We will be back!!
