The house is on a quiet street a block from a lovely, swimming beach & a block from the bike path to Cape Henlopen State Park and a 10 minute walk to Lewes shops & restaurants. A fantastic location! Great outdoor shower!

We had a great girls weekend. There was enough space for all of us, especially with the porch and fire pit area. Having the beach chairs available was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

We always enjoy Lewes and staying at Frank and Dayle's was no exception! We came as a group of four and we could really spread out. The place has a pleasant and homey feel. Everything works well, clearly labeled and well maintained. The location is simply terrific. We walked to town (and several of the restaurants), the bike shop, the beach (and about a mile in each direction) and of course the Diary Queen. In addition, Cape Henlopen and the Cape May Ferry are both less than mile away. Frank and Dayle are very welcoming to dogs and my pup really enjoyed himself.

Frank & Dayle’s place was the perfect place for a family getaway. It was an easy walk to the beach, the neighborhood was quiet, and we felt right at home in the house! Decor was beautiful, everything was clean, and the house was stocked to the brim with anything and everything you could possibly want or need. We hope to return in the near future!

Spacious, clean, and well-located. The hosts were very friendly. There are many things to do including going to the beach, walking/biking through the state park, and exploring Lewes. We enjoyed it thoroughly!
