We had a great time! The house comfortably fit 5 adults 2 kids and a baby! The beach was super close and easy to get to on foot or by car.

Communication with her was horrible. I had an emergency. I came back from the beach with my family including a kid. Temperature was above 90 degrees. The door was locked and I didn't have any phone contact to call her. I had to call airbnb customer services line. They gave me her phone number. I called her and she told me she couldn't help me that I had to call a locksmith and when I told her I need help she told me she was in Boston and I heard her husband talking to her in the background. I told her that she had to pay for the locksmith and she hang up the phone on me. I was then by myself with all my family outside the house under a hot temperature. I called a locksmith and paid for it. Airbnb called several rimes to follow on the situation. She never called me back to show interest about my situation. Bad, bad, bad. If you can't warranty the safety of your tenants, why are you in this bussiness? Never ever will come back. No help, no communication, bad, bad.

Alla's listing has my full endorsement. I wish that I could give more than 5 stars. This listing is a full 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, centrally located (near all: beach, restaurants, bars, grocery store, etc.). It is one block from the beach and right off Gulf Blvd (the main road that follows the coastline). I am mobility impaired and was so close to the beach that I was able to walk right to the coast and back in minutes. This is the perfect listing for families or couples who want to share a beach house and make some special memories. Much better than most of the hotels on the coast. I will be coming back as soon as I can.

Everything was just as listed. My only suggestion would be that the outdoor area in the back could certainly use some sprucing up.
