The Villa was AMAZING and a perfect ending to our vacation in Italy. The grounds and property is very well maintained by Alessio who we never met but waved to each other as he was cleaning the pool. The Villa has plenty of open space and two large patios with greats views, not to mention the pool, soccer field, outdoor pavilion, and basketball hoop. Marco surprised us at the train station to met us and he took two trips to pick the seven of us up along with our baggage. We were very grateful for his hospitality and kindness. We felt so blessed to be staying at the property as it is very beautiful, peaceful, and so surreal. It was way more than we imagined from the pictures. It looked great on AirBNB, but blew us away in person! The best train station to come and go thru is Acqua Acetosa as it is about a 10 min walk, 15 carrying larges suit cases. :) Your about 20 mins from Roma Termini from this station. We traveled by foot to restaurants, train station, grocery stores, etc from Villa.

This property is absolutely phenomenal. There were 2 things that made our stay great: Donatella, Marco & Alessio, and the property itself. Donatella & Marco were incredibly responsive any time we had questions and were so helpful with anything we needed. Alessio (the groundskeeper) was around anytime we needed anything, kept the grounds spotless, and was very kind. As for the property itself - the grounds are beautiful: old trees everywhere, lots of space, and the location was perfect for our trip (close to town, but private). Getting to the train was easy (we opted for the Acqua Acetosa stop) and there is a grocery store a 10 min walk away that was great (which also has a bowling alley for the kids). The pool was pristine (but a bit chilly in May, kids didn't mind) and well cared for. All in all, we had an absolutely wonderful time here, highly recommend it!!

Wow. An absolute gem of a find. We had a wonderful holiday here. So many gorgeous balcony’s and eating places and the pool was wonderful! Near the airport and our own little haven. Excellent communication with the hosts and very helpful. Great friendly caretaker. Helpful to know that as this is a older house (which only adds to the charm), the adaptors needed for the plugs are the old version. Will recommend to all and hope to return.

I could not have picked a better Villa to be staying in Italy. It was far enough from the hustle and bustle from city center but close enough to be able to enjoy all that Rome has to offer. Then there’s Donatella who made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. She was the most gracious host, making sure all are needs are being met and if problem arises she very quick to respond even weeks before the trip. Additionally, we wanna thank Mirela for for cooking us scrumptious food on our first day and on Easter Sunday. I definitely recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again in the future.
