Can't beat this spot. We had our company retreat in Jaco this year and it was far more than we expected. Having access to the nearby hotel and all of the amenities makes this far better than a normal AirBnB. The house is massive, the rooms are everything you need, the lounge area is perfect for group dinners and the turn down service from the hotel was hugely helpful. The area can feel a little questionable at times but with a member of the hotel staff at your gate each night, you have nothing to worry about. 10/10 stay without a doubt.

The gated area down the street from hotel Jaco is the property. It was safe and easy to navigate. We were close to the main strip and a two min walk to the beach. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. We were able to not only utilize our space but everyone hotel Jaco had to offer as well. They respect your space and only offer services when asked or at least once a day. I thought the rooms were connected in some way, not sure why I expected that but they are not. Not a deal breaker but a little nerve wracking for my young teens who had to keep track of their room key. Which didn’t end up being an issue. The common area and private pool were nice especially with young kids, we were able to cook and hang out while also having eyes on the pool. The drive there was pretty easy, and the location was easy to find. Again I can’t emphasize enough how great the staff were. Super friendly and just so helpful. They truly represent the pura vida culture well.

Casa Zócalo was an incredible stay for the 8 of us - a true VIP experience. We each had our own room, had one left to spare, and the penthouse room was straight out of a movie. The pool was great and everything went perfectly. In addition, we were provided with our own personal security guard near the entrance, making us feel extra safe. And the hospitality provided by Rick and his team (Angelica, Lina, Ramon, and Eliecer) made our trip even better. They also helped us setup all of our transport and excursions, which were amazing. And they were always available and catered to all of our requests promptly. Would definitely return!
