The place is even better than it looks in the pictures. Having two houses gives you lots of options in how you split up the group. We put all of our young adults in one house and saved the second house just for my wife and I. It was great. The house is very close to the beach and the walk to downtown is only 15 minutes. We plan to come back again.

Absolutely loved the place! It's beautiful, pool area is magnificent and the beach is steps from the front door.

Thank you Laura!! You made the trip for us. Your promptness, guidance and talent for booking activities was greatly appreciated. The house was nice, complete with everything you need and private. The pool has a lot of natural shade. 10-15 min walk into town by beach or by sidewalk! The food in Jacó was excellent. The Point bar, 5 min walk on the beach is a fantastic lunch spot. Enjoy! Pura Vida!!!

This was our first trip to Costa Rica and we went with two other couples for an adventure. Mathew and especially concierge "Laura" were absolutely wonderful to deal with and everything that they promised was delivered!!! The house, pool and grounds are spectacular and the availability of activities and anything else you need is just a phone call away!!! From Ziplining to ATV adventures to Riverboat Cruises searching for Monkey's, to having a beautifully Chef prepared and presented Chef's private in home dinner..... this was by far the best experience that we have had so far with an AIRBNB !!!. To Mathew, Laura and the rest of the folks who were instrumental in making this a fantastic trip and experience... THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH !!

Sonidos Del Mar was fantastic. We had 8 in total in our group including a 4yo and 7yo. Having two separate living spaces was nice and the property was very kid friendly. The location was amazing. We saw green iguanas in the backyard every day. We were able to walk to the beach and multiple restaurants easily. The only downside was construction work going on next to the property which went on from about 6am to 6pm most days we were there. Even with the construction we would absolutely book this place again.
