Dan’s place is amazing. We stayed for 2 nights and I wish we could have stayed longer. The place is as described and even more beautiful when you see it in person. The house and the rooms were very clean and spotless. Dan offered a lot of supplies and treats like popcorns, smores, keurig coffee pods, bottled water, a fridge full of condiments, etc. You can also use his fishing poles and go fishing at his picturesque pond (catch and release). The entire place and surroundings is beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing. It is a perfect place to unwind and relax or spend time with family or friends. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and to the reservoir with a lovely water view. Dan is a wonderful and perfect host, communicative, polite, friendly, and very responsive. He will answer your messages and any questions you may have promptly. He also gave very detailed instructions on how to find his place and the self check-in was smooth and easy. We would love to go back again! ❤️

I just started using Airbnb last year. This by far has been the best place I've stayed in. It was a special weekend as we celebrated Easter weekend here. My kids and grand babies, all had a great time fishing and making smores on the camp fire. Highly recommend this place for its tranquility and cleanliness. Thank you, Dan.

Dan’s place was perfect for our Waco weekend. His place is in country Waco but within a 20 minute drive to downtown attractions. We arrived and made ourselves right at home, taking advantage of great photo opportunities by the pond and on the porch, as well as the best birthday present picture using the outdoor built in porch table. The space was super cleaned and smelled so good!! We would definitely stay again.

If you are travelling to Waco, this is the place to stay! It's only a few minutes outside of town and has everything! We caught a nice fish in the pond and were able to relax in paradise! It was better than advertised! Thanks Dan!

Dan’s place is a gem! We enjoyed fishing in the pond, grilling, hanging by the fire, sitting on the porch. We were blessed with perfect weather to enjoy the getaway, and even more so that we found his bnb. Can’t thank you enough Dan, hope to stay again soon.
