The stay was very relaxing, great location and clean chalet! We walked for 15 minutes and arrived to Batroun souks, super convenient and calm. Helen, Ronald and Hassan were very reactive and helpful.

Helen, Ronald's assistant was very helpful, friendly and polite. She was always quick to reply and assisted us with all the necessities. the place was very tidy and clean, it felt like home. Thank you Ronald as well for the great communication.
