This is my second long term stay in Pei's place. First off, for the second time in two stays, Pei made extra attention during booking to take the time to get everything right for my stay to work for my needs and I am so grateful for this. Secondly, this place really feels like Home. The upstairs office is the most productive place I have found in Taipei to work and the downstairs space really helps keep that work life balance sorted out. The way the space is arranged makes it feel huge. This is a unique and cozy stay. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer and hope to come back soon (hopefully in autumn/winter) if the place is available.

We stayed at Peng’s place for 4 weeks and enjoyed it very much. The apartment is spacious, bright and quiet with everything you need: small kitchen, fridge and freezer, microwave (we did not use it), TV (we did not use it) and air conditioning. Since we always had lunch outside, we only used the stove for heating water. The bed was very comfortable and there is a chair to relax. Upstairs there is on one side a desk with an office chair and even a screen which was perfect for us. The apartment was overall very clean. The washing machine and dryer is on the 7th floor, which was very convenient for us. Location: You have a 7/11 and a Family Mart just around the corner (open 24/7) as well as several coffee shops, small tasty restaurants and more. In addition you have the Shida Night Market in walking distance as well as a bit further away the one at Gongguan. The MRT exit 2 Guting (green and orange line) is just around the corner as well as bus stops so you are well connected.

It was spacious in the crowded city of Taipei. Everything is better than perfect!! The communication was superb. Pei and co-costs were so helpful and made the stay so wonderful. The price was so reasonable with comparison to other possible options. When we return, we hope Pei's place is still available. Highly recommend!

The space was excellent in terms of space, location, and amenities. 5 star host as well. Pei provides a detailed doc of the immediate area which was super helpful. Check in was flexible with her local friend Kevin, who was nothing but welcoming and kind. The only difference is the bed has been updated to be a full sized bed instead of a sofa bed, which only makes it better!
