Location is good and game room was a hit. It was snowing and raining so the game room was where we spent most of our time. Inside is ok size but was expecting it to be bigger. Property Is also not gated all around.

Game room is definitely the best part but definitely not worth the cost. The house smells like it was heavily smoked in for years, brought this up immediately upon arrival and the property management co recommended we buy air freshener from the store but no amount of freshener could cover that… honestly I’m not even sure what would. Kitchen was extremely small but there were basic pots and pans if you want to cook. Kids enjoyed the game room, it is detached from the house… we ended up spending most our time there since the kids liked it and that was the only place that didn’t smell like cigarettes. Beds are stiff. Overall not what I’d have expected from this rental and wouldn’t go back even with the game room as a major benefit when traveling with kids.

This property is very private and quiet which we loved. The location of the property was very convenient with plenty of things to do nearby. The game room was also a big hit for everyone. We really loved the outside of the property as my kids were able to play in the snow safely without any worries. Unfortunately, there were some areas of improvement that is worth nothing: 1. The front door is very hard to open as it gets stuck when closed. The door basically requires you to ram it with your shoulder in order to open it. This needs to be fixed immediately as my wife was never able to open the door on her own. 3. The flooring was dirty and it did not appear to be mopped when we arrived. 4. Master bed comforter had some stains that was clearly not washed. Even though the sheets were changed, the mattress smelled like urine as there was no mattress protector. We noticed this on the 2nd night of our stay and we ended up departing early vs sleeping another night enduring the smell.

The hot tub did not work. Wouldn't have paid this rate if it wasn't part of the experience.
