Greer’s cottage is right on the water and has a lovely view! The house is filled with collectibles dating back to the 1900’s. It’s close to good cafes, restaurants and only 15-25 minutes away from many tourist spots! Great location :)

A beautiful place right on the beach. The house has great amenities and was amazing to see the small nicks and nacks across the whole house, something unique and different.

Pros: Cute cottage filled to the brim with curiosities and antiques. Brilliant outlook over the ocean. Master bedroom and bed was one of the comfiest we’ve ever stayed in. Cons: Needs a lot of TLC and maintenance to address a range relatively minor issues (ie broken bulbs, poor lighting and broken exhaust fan) and one major one, being a broken washing machine, which we were not warned about. Off street parking is the only option for medium-large size cars. Made the mistake of parking in the driveway only to return to a car absolutely smothered in sea bird droppings…straight out of a Hitchcock horror film!
