great location, barely a 5 minute walk from brighton train station and very centrally located within the north lanes. everything you want is within walking distance and the staff are very friendly and accomodating

Very happy with this room. It’s not large but has everything you need. It was up a few flights of stairs but this only made for a very quiet nights sleep and I wasn’t woken by the bin collectors for once!

A cosy B&B atop an absolutely charming garden cafe (I recommend the coffee-chocolate cheesecake). My room was compact but had everything I needed, including chic toiletries which were a nice touch. The location is fantastically central and you're right in the middle of the characterful North Laine area, which is a must for any visitor. Only point I would make is that if you're a light sleeper, you'll want earplugs; you're in the city centre anyway but also the walls are thin.

I liked staying at Cappadocia for one night. There are a lot of small bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. Also, instructions to get to the place were clear and the people welcoming me were very friendly. The only drawback was a noticeable smell of smoke in the lobby and stairs. Also, the room looks a little bit different from the picture on the website, perhaps a bit larger. Other than that, everything else was as described and there is also a very good bakery and pastry shop downstairs where you can have a delicious breakfast.
