Located in atria park district. Lots of restaurants,bars and cafes within the area. 7/11, laundry shop are conveniently located within the building. Avida towers is just across ateneo school and walking distance to qualimed S&R, ayala supermarket and seda hotel. And also 5 minutes away from iloilo convention center, festive walk & sm city iloilo. The unit has amenity view. Free parking is available just outside the lobby of our building. Enjoy your stay in iloilo. Welcome to the city of love. Unique for its homey and cozy vibe and also experience the comfort at your comfortable, accessible and secured environment.

This is our second time to stay at maam Carmela’s place and it’s always worth the pay. One of the things we absolutely loved in this unit was how convenient the tv remote is to be honest HAHA. A lot of units i’ve been to had a bit of a challenge with the tv and remote control but their place makes this unique and made the stay more enjoyable. Till next time!
