Now I understand why this place has good ratings. The place is very clean and homey. Has strong wifi connection for remote work, has Netflix, has AC in all bedrooms and sala, and all appliances are working. The place is squeaky clean and well-lit which makes the place look “maaliwalas”. Not directly related to the unit - but the security guards and front desk in Avida are also super helpful, polite, and welcoming. The place is already great as is. But for improvement, maybe you can add more appliances such as flat/steam iron and washing machine - would be perfect for long term stay! There are other great places in IloIlo that customers can choose from for the same or lesser price, but having additional appliances can make this place stand out more :)
