The house is great, furniture nice and tasteful. There was however a very bad smell from the third bedroom which could not be sorted out during our stay. This also caused the bedroom and bathroom unusable during our stay. We did not have use of the dishwasher as it was not working (not sure if the agent was aware of this prior to our arrival) but the agent did provide daily service due to this. The carpets need a good clean and the house should be aired more regularly as there was a musty smell. The location however is great and once the house has received a bit of TLC, it will be a great place to stay.
When our original booking was flooded, Julien was prompt in placing us in a comparable property by the sea. We enjoyed Julian’s kind service, responsive and friendly attitude. We loved the location we stayed near Camps Bay, and felt like we were in 5-star luxury the entire time. I highly recommend staying with any of Turnkey365’s properties, as the service is impeccable!
A beautiful home with a beautiful view. Definitely worth it. The host was very helpful, friendly and communicated effectively. I’d definitely recommend it to everyone I know. Thank you for letting me enjoy my birthday weekend.
There were severe black mold issues at Sunset Bay Villa in every bedroom. We were given alternitive accommodation the next day after we told them it is a major health risk. The alternative accommodation was a down-grade, according to us, so we were given new accommodation again which was great. Unfortunately by that time our trip was over half way already. We did appreciate that the hosts tried to salvage the situation.
We had an overall great stay! The washing machine & dryer barely worked and was essential for us, but beyond this hiccup we had a good time.
