The apartment itself is great and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is some noise as others have pointed out but nothing significant enough to put anyone off staying there. My main issue was the layout of the complex rather than the apartment. For example, you can't get back in the way you leave. To access the gym you have to go down one floor... walk to the opposite corner of the building and go down to the ground floor. Not the end of the world but just feels like bad planning.

awesome location for SMU related activities. very clean place. air conditioning was excellent. the building itself is ok, hallways lack decoration of any kind maybe because it caters mainly to students. id say its ok

The apartment was clean, well decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect as well, so I highly recommend Kasa for your next AirBNB stay in Dallas.
