Nice place as advertised. Perfect for a family of 4 or 5. Easy walk to the village. Not much of a view from balcony.

Nice place, interior pics were accurate. Problems with communications with the company. First, the listings states that there’s construction near by that may affect my stay. So I messaged them and they gave me the weirdest response that made me ask if my unit will be there when I arrive. Anyways, their text instructions are vague, there were no instructions about parking in a garage, nor a clear message that it needs a code. None of the TVs in the room change channels, toaster does not work, it burns the bottom of the bread on the low setting. Couldn’t sleep one night because of a mouse running across the ceiling. Master bath shower certain liner smelled moldy on the first day. It’s also pretty far from the elevator. Note to future renters, the trash is on p2 by the garage doors (there was no info, despite the fact the checkout message asks you to take out the trash). It’s a big company that owns a bunch of these (summit properties), lots of gaps in their operations.
