Our stay was short, but we had an incredible holiday and days skiing. The accommodation is simple, but confortable and walk steps to the ski area. We didn't use the pool or the jacuzzi, hope to do it next time. It was clean and the kitchen has everything you may need at your stay. We will definitely come back. Thank you very much.

Summit Cove's customer service is excellent. They answer questions quickly, and sent maintenance tech for a needed service call on Xmas eve. Given a choice of properties, I would pick one managed by Summit Cove. With that being said, I do think that Summit Cove would do well to require it's property owner's to re-invest a minimum amount into their properties on an annual basis. Worn our mattresses and furniture, outdated entertainment systems, and cheap throwaway appliances detract from what should be, based on their cost and locations, high end properties. Continuous use rental properties require continuous re-investment to maintain them. Note's about how to deal with an intermittently malfunctioning TV or why the water heater is so loud do nothing to improve the stay.
