The location had a wet spot on the floor to which I thought possibly house keeping cleaned a stain before we got there. That slot grew rapidly and clearly there was some sort of leak or issue. Maintenance came and ended up cutting two holes in th wall and still unable to find the leak. They were there til 10:30 pm to which we agreed bc we didn’t want property damaged. Th next morning they were back. Around 11 we were told we needed to get out bc we actually only booked one night - I meant to book two. They insisted immediately and when asked if I could have 15 min to get my things (and pack up my family of 5) I was told no to leave immediately. I stood my ground and demanded 15 min. We got out in 9. I called the manager a few hours later. Josh was amazing! He went the extra mile to get us in a place that night for no cost. He made sure personally there were no issues with the place and that it would be a fit for my family. James saved the day!

This place was perfect. So close to Keystone Resort for snowboarding, nice hot tub and pool, and very responsive. Will be coming again!
