This was a beautiful home with a view of the river. It was great to walk to the cute local shops. It was very affordable for all that we got. I’m so glad I was able to get in for a short girls weekend. Love!

Wonderful home. Very spacious, well equipped kitchen and great location. The view of the river is amazing and we had some fantastic sunsets. Walking distance to downtown Perrysburg restaurants and grocery and a very quick drive to Maumee. Fifteen minutes to Toledo, yet feels like you’re in the country when overlooking the Maumee River. Very comfortable home with lots of room to spread out. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

This historic home is a gem! Gorgeous views of the Maumee River from the living room, kitchen, and one of the two bedrooms. The setting was perfect—the home had so many lovely sitting areas to enjoy the views, and you can also easily walk around outside on nearby trails. The only slight downside was the front bedroom suffered from a lot of street noise, and the beds were full/queen beds that were smaller than true queens. But we appreciated that each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom! We loved our stay and can’t think of a better place to call home while visiting the Bowling Green area.

Sunset by the river is a real gem! We've had a very nice time and the place is even more charming than it is in the pictures.
