This House! This Host! This house was more than we expected. Great location, peaceful, well equipped, spacious, updated, A/C, front porch. I could go on and on. Lynn was helpful from our first interaction. Available, close by, made great suggestions and accommodating. The plus? A record player with vinyls!! We were there for our son’s graduation from UT Law and this home quickly provided the backdrop and memories we were hoping for.

We enjoyed our stay. We were in town for the marathon and were close to everything! It was the perfect location for us. The house was very comfortable and we settled right in like we belonged there. We enjoyed the backyard and patio, also. We will definitely recommend to others and consider staying again!

One of the best equipped places I've stayed. Location was great. Price is fantastic. Highly recommend if coming to the area for sporting events or a getaway. House is modern with tons of charm and old character.

The house was charming and very comfortable with fluffy clean towels and sheets. We loved the hifi and had a lot of fun playing old records on it. It was lovely being across from the university campus and the bell tower. We took a few walks around the campus and found the house to be an easy location to access other places in Toledo. We would definitely stay here again

What a gorgeous, clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable home!! Beautiful neighborhood, right across from UT, close to everything yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The bedrooms, the kitchen, the bathrooms, the dining room, and the turntable and LP collection exceeded any expectations we had. The landscaping was beautiful, and although we hadn’t sat out on the patio, it was beautiful and private. I would absolutely enjoy staying here again!! I’d highly recommend staying here!!
