As well as an enclosed patio garden, there is a dedicated fenced paddock for dogs to enjoy too (one well behaved dog welcome free of charge). This spacious and cosy cottage has a well equipped kitchen, reclining leather sofa, smart TV and all bedrooms have ensuites with large walk in showers and underfloor heating. One bedroom has an oak king size bed. The second bedroom has a super king bed (can be configured as twin upon request). On the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan living area with a well equipped kitchen, dining area and reclining leather Ekornes furniture and a dual aspect wood burner. There is an open terraced area to the front overlooking the pond and a sunken patio garden accessed via the back door in which you will find the Jacuzzi hot tub. It has a living wall which changes with the seasons. Upstairs there are the bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers, lit mirrors, tiled floors with underfloor heating and a heated towel rail. There is a walkway between the two bedrooms and a cosy corner with a reclining chair on the gallery landing over looking the dining area. There are oak floors throughout the property and bespoke soft furnishings and feather bedding. As well as the large picture window overlooking the sunken patio garden, there are beautiful slit windows and vaulted ceilings.
