This house has simply stunning views and outdoor areas. Reggae Beach is close by car but parking is steep and confusing if other people are in the cottages on the same property with no instructions. We experienced very hot weather and no AC in main living area and the yellow bathroom is hot. There will never be enough water to use the big tub so don’t make that part of your decision. Bring gallons of drinking water and all your own things to cook. We had to go buy a coffee maker since we could not find the large pods for the one that was there and it smelled odd. Bring a deck of cards or game since the TV won’t stream anything and it gets dark at 6:30-7pm. This house could be amazing with some attention to details, we felt like we were camping and that was disappointing.

At first glance this house looks very nice, but unfortunately the uncleanliness and lack of amenities became noticeable rather quickly. The first thing that was obvious was that the downstairs temperature was very hot. I soon found out from the property manager that the a/c on the first floor did not work. Opening the windows and doors did help somewhat. Soon after, many other things became apparent. NO RUNNING WATER was the most horrifying. We were told that sometimes this happens, but the water should come back on by the next day. We decided to try to deal with it. Later that night a man who works for the property manager appeared suddenly, to show us that there are buckets in the outside laundry room that can be filled up from a cistern. We were told we could flush toilets with buckets of water. I was very disturbed by this, as was my husband. We obviously weren't going to carry buckets of water up and down the stairs to the upstairs bedroom/bathroom, where we were going to sleep. As a result we decided to make the best of it that night and primarily use the downstairs bathroom........but it was filthy. The sink and toilet looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. But we had no choice. Other things in the house description that were NOT present included : room darkening shades ( in fact no shades or curtains anywhere), fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, ethernet tv, hair dryer, outdoor shower (because there was NO water), hot water (because there was NO water). There aren't even doors on two of the showers upstairs, and one of the bathrooms has NO door at all. Several of the pots and pans in the kitchen had food debris still stuck in the bottom and the glasses were also not clean. There was a used rag sitting on the kitchen counter, and the upstairs bathroom sinks were not clean. Thankfully the a/c in the bedrooms worked, and we awoke on the 2nd day, hoping that the water would be turned back on......but that never happened. The 3rd day we'd had enough, and booked a room at the local Hyatt, which put us back a pretty penny. The location of the house is ideal and has a wonderful view of Nevis, but with these issues the house should not be allowed to be rented.

Steep incline to get there so I would recommend getting a good car. Otherwise amazing house with great views!

I will not begin to explain the experience, I've encountered with this host! I will let my pictures speak for themselves. 1st of, this person should not be allowed to post fake pictures, the home is not what is shown in the pictures! it's unsanitary, broken, needs major work. I literally checked in and with in 2hrs called Air b n b to check out. Please do your self a favor and do not stay here! This person even thought I stayed there for 6 nites, when air b n b failed to notify him the day I checked out. He even called the cops on me, 1 hr before I'm about to fly home. I have never experienced this with or had an issue with air b n b or previous host before. For the safety of others, college students, women, couples, please do not stay there. 1st of, there was no running water, the host told me this as I landed in Miami and flying, from California. I showed up and he tells me, well you can use, the pool water to flush the toilet! You can shower in the pool. The place needs major work, the shower door doesn't even close! Can you imagine being in a foreign country experiencing all of this! And worse, the host harrassed me with 3 different #s!! I received the shock of my life, when the St kitts Police showed up at the Marriot hotel, where I was staying for the past 6 days n nights! I never even slept on the bed and this person just kept on lying. I had witness, videos, numerous texts and calls to air b n b to prove my situation. I paid 1700 for a clean, safe 2 bedroom at the Marriot Hotel! Don't waste $2800 for this place, it is not what it appears on Lan's pictures.
